The Department of Library and Information Science at Bengaluru North University (BNU) in Kolar, Karnataka, hosted a one-day national conference on “Future-Ready Libraries: Bridging Artificial Intelligence, Indian Knowledge Systems, and Research Metrics for Academic and Research Excellence” on July 15, 2026. Led under the guidance of Vice-Chancellor Prof. B. K. Ravi, the event focused on AI-driven smart library services, the preservation of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), and advanced research metrics to enhance academic excellence

     I participated in the National Library Conference held at Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, from 7–9 September 2026. The conference provided an excellent academic platform for library and information science professionals, research scholars, faculty members, and students to exchange ideas and discuss emerging developments in the field of libraries and information services. Sri Venkateswara University is a well-established institution of higher education and research in Tirupati, and its Department of Library and Information Science has a long-standing academic and research tradition. The conference offered valuable opportunities to learn about recent trends, innovative technologies, digital library services, scholarly communication, and emerging practices in Library and Information Science. Participation in the conference helped me gain new academic perspectives, interact with researchers and library professionals, and strengthen my knowledge of contemporary developments in the field. It was also a valuable opportunity to share research ideas, develop professional networks, and enhance my research experience as a PhD Research Scholar.

    I participated in the International Conference ICONSTH-2026, held on 20 August 2026 at Vellalar College for Women (Autonomous), Erode, Tamil Nadu. The conference provided an academic platform for researchers, faculty members, library and information science professionals, and students to share their research findings, exchange ideas, and discuss emerging developments in the field. The event brought together participants from different academic and professional backgrounds and encouraged meaningful discussions on contemporary issues, innovative practices, and technological advancements in higher education and research. My participation in ICONSTH-2026 was a valuable academic experience that provided an opportunity to interact with fellow researchers and scholars, gain insights into current research trends, and broaden my academic perspective. The conference also helped strengthen my research and professional networking skills and encouraged me to further explore innovative approaches in Library and Information Science and related areas.

 On 16 July 2026, I spent a memorable day in Bengaluru with Mohammed Ali. During the day, we visited G.T. World Mall, Bengaluru, and spent quality time exploring the mall and its surroundings. It was a pleasant and memorable experience, providing an opportunity to relax, enjoy the city atmosphere, and create wonderful memories with a close friend.
